Founded in 2016, we import genuine 19th and early 20th century antique cast iron and copper baths and other sanitary wares from France, and restore them to their original beauty in the UK. Antique French Baths Ltd is the sister company of Vintage France Design Ltd, sharing a passion for elegant French furniture and vintage home décor.

Our mission is to be the leader in bathing barn finds. From the “Empire“ antique cast iron bath to freestanding roll top baths with feet, we find and restore a wide range of antique bath tubs.  If you are wanting to incorporate antique décor into your interior design, a vintage bathtub will make a stunning addition to your home.

We leave no stone unturned in the hunt for the authentic, beautiful and unusual. In our searches we have salvaged baths from manors houses in Paris and Lyon, country retreats in Brittany, a mountain chalet 2000m up the Col d’Izoard and from fields deep in the Orne and Aveyron. Rest assured every single antique bath tub we sell has a story to tell, from different time periods, locations and designers, each bath is soaked in history.

With each of our restored antiques, we try to keep them as authentic as possible with their original finishings unless the customer prefers otherwise. We work with a team of specialists in antique furniture restoration so that the upmost care is taken with each piece.

We are pleased to deliver full UK mainland shipping, and to ensure the safety of your bath we provide insurance for every bath we send.
